Slowdown in network communication

In the last version I noticed a slowdown in the exchange of data between pc and nanodlp,
so that the 3d prewiew was not executed by timeout.
I don't even have access to the other pages, and in many cases Nanodlp becomes unstable and crashes
Put back the old version is back everything ok

I tried 2 times to debug, but I could only do this, any operation that is not navigating between the pages makes the system unstable
(I tested everything on an RPI 3 b + and on a 3 b, with 2 different microsd, connection cables and three different routers.
I also did an update / update but the problem remains

Identical problem with beta version 2399

I managed to get a debug, I hope it's complete

Re: Slowdown in network communication

Looks like too many large files for debug to handle.
Are you on the latest version on both remote pc and on pi?

Re: Slowdown in network communication

I think one other thing that makes communication seem slow is the timeout for the preview generation.
I gather the preview is done immediately after upload and that the screen does not refresh until the preview is done or times out.
generating this often times out on my stuff or is very slow...this makes it look like upload is slow but it is not...
I know files can move fast as I do remote slicing as the Pi can transfer the file to the remote slicer have it sliced and returned in less time
than it seems to take to upload the original STL to the Pi.

the test file was very light, 12 mb and for this test I didn't use the remote slicer

that's exactly what happens to me too

In fact this seems slow is the upload of the file and its 3d preview and not the rest

Re: Slowdown in network communication

We are troubleshooting the issue. Definitely related to 3d preview code and it only affecting 32bit systems.

Re: Slowdown in network communication

ver 2414 is much improved....however could I suggest some sort of status indicator.  Preferably one that moves/changes but even a static one would be better than nothing.

This is still a time consuming task and it gives the appearance that the browser is stalled or hung.

Re: Slowdown in network communication

UI need require major rewrite with react or angular, hopefully we could resolve majority of issues then.
