I may have found a bug (fixed)

I am running nanodlp #1674 and my have found an odd bug. Sometimes the hallowed tanks i print have a wall in them. Looking at the layers nanodlp is inserting  two solid layers every so often sometimes. I first spotted it as the solid layers cause a noticeable raised line on the outside of the model. Here are a few pictures of what it looks like. here is the layer just before it happens.

Then i get two like this.

I have tried the following few things. I did a repair in mesh mixer and that did not seem to help. I put the same model in creation workshop and the solid layers did not appear. Let me know what info i can provide if you think this is a legitimate bug.

It is shell issue. Actually there is bug report for similar issue recently. We have changed the latest version so it could process shells better. Could you try the latest beta and let me know if it solve the issue or not.
If it still persist, please share STL file.

Sorry for vanishing. Got sick and stopped printing for a bit.  i updated to the latest FW and am re-slicing the model now. Will report back if the walls still exist.

So the problem still seems to exist. If you slice the following tank on or around layer 1518 you will se it do a few solid layers. I think their are others in the model also.
