How to access folder "shots" via windows browser?

Hello, what is the way to access to this folder? I am playng with Pi camera and don't know how to open the stored pictures.

FTP is the best way for me: https://filezilla-project.org/
Although it doesn't allow you write permissions on some system folders, it is an excellent way to review folder structure and copy files.
