Hi everyone,
My name is Dang. I’m currently a mechatronics student working on my graduation project: building a DIY DLP 3D printer.
I recently purchased the nanoDLP board V1.4, and I have a few questions I hope the community can help clarify:
I plan to build my own printer using a Raspberry Pi together with the nanoDLP board. Is the firmware on the nanoDLP board open-source or closed-source?
I have read on some forums that it uses Marlin firmware — is this actually correct?
If I want to flash new firmware to the nanoDLP board, what is the recommended method?
Is it possible to back up the current firmware before flashing, in case my new firmware has issues?
I would like to build my own custom control program based on Marlin. Where would be the best place to start?
