Problems with z movment.

Hi, I have a KLD LCD 1260 Printer, and today I installed NanoDLP in it.

After lots and lots of reading, I think I have everything correctly installed. I've used whereswaldos Marlin_KLD-LCD-1.0.2, ( https://github.com/WheresWaldo/Marlin_KLD-LCD ),
My problem now is that in manual mode, the Z axis calibration works perfect, but when i try to run a print, the platform goes to home and stays there.
I've try every gcode configurations I could find, for the resin profiles and for the machine settings, but can't get it working.
I've noticed that if I include [[WaitForDoneMessage]] in "Start of Print Gcode", or in the resin profile Gcode, the system stalls "Waiting for done message from RAMPS", but If in the terminal I enter G1 ZXX, I get back Z_move_comp after the movment is done.

this is how the log looks after test print with no  [[WaitForDoneMessage]]. The buldplate never moves, except at the beginning with the G28, and at the end moving to stop position.

Re: Problems with z movment.

Rigra, I have been using 1.0.2 for a long time and I am pretty confident it is not a firmware issue, you need to post exactly what is in your resin profiles and machine setup for g-code, so someone can help you diagnose the issue.

Re: Problems with z movment.

solved!

I was a Firmware issue, but it was my fault, I remember changing something before instaling it for the first time, but I don't rembember what I change nor where I readit...

I just, re install your firmware and it start working! Thankyou for prepareing the firmware in the first place WheresWaldo big_smile:D

Just one more question, would it be necessary to add

st_synchronize();

SERIAL_ECHOLNPGM("Z_move_comp");

in the case loop for code G28?

cheers!

Re: Problems with z movment.

Rigra, I thought about that, and for some reason it either didn't work as I expected or maybe it didn't make it any better, so I left it out and then used M400 instead in the g-code where I home the printer (Setup >> Start of print g-code).
