unable to update new nanodlp RPi

i set up an additional RPi with nanodlp and everything works fine but i am unable to update nano dlp from the V1437 that came on the image.

looking through the log, i have the "upgrade process started" then i get "Connectivity problem Get https://www.nanodlp.com/build.generic.txt: net/http: TLS handshake timeout"

any advice?

it is probably time related, check see if rpi time is correct.

SSH into rpi and type date
See if timing is correct
