print dimension issue

I'm having trouble trying to print at 50 microns on a muve 1 printer.  Nanodlp prints fine at 100microns, but I can't seem to get it to do the 50 micron properly, it always comes out double the height it should.  I've been working on this for a couple weeks now, and the problem almost has to be in my nanodlp setup.   Here's an example of the polyhedron ball model, the one on top is the 100 micron, and the elongated one on bottom is at 50 microns, sort of looks like it's just printing out the 50 micron slices at 100 microns:

polyball test

At this point I've done the following:

- removed all printer profiles and rebuilt from scratch, didn't help
- printed the same model with creation workshop at 50 microns, works fine
- same model prints fine at 100 microns with nanodlp
- sliced model with both slic3r and stomp, same result

So I'm about stumped on this one.  Any help is appreciated, thanks...

Greg

update - not sure what I did wrong on the img tag in my post, doesn't seem to work when I look at it in the forum, here's the direct link to the image if it's helpful:

Re: print dimension issue

Personally I print only on 25micron without any problem.

Could you share your debug info? setup page / tools tab / debug button

Do you know number of layers on plates page for both 50 / 100 micron files?

Re: print dimension issue

Yes, appreciate you taking a look, I'm sure it's some setting that I just can't spot.  Here's the debug file:

The 50 micron print has 1300 layers and the 100 micron has 650 layers, so the math works out.   Thanks again...

Re: print dimension issue

OK, you are using older version of muve3d settings.
You could see z-axis movement amount on before layer print gcode box

G1 Z0.1

It needs to be half of what you have specified for 50 micron

G1 Z0.05

On the latest version these kind of calculations are automatic, you would not need to edit gcodes manually.

Re: print dimension issue

Thank you!  makes total sense, just never occurred to me to check that specific field for thickness settings.  I'll upgrade to latest and remove that from the "before layer" code...
