Resin depth limits

Just stumbled across a bug with the resin depth setting. I was using it set to 10mm and went to change it to 15mm but accidentally changed it to 150mm (larger than my max z movement) and did not notice. At the end of the print it ignored the end stop switch and rammed the carriage into the physical stop. I am using physical 29 BCM 5 and no ramps boards just direct drive. It is repeatable. Setting it back to 15mm solves problem but it does mess up all the alignments if you make this mistake.

Re: Resin depth limits

To improve pulse timings some small movements such as resin level movements being done without checking end-switch status. I am not sure if it worth extra process to prevent these kind of mistakes.

Re: Resin depth limits

Hi Shahin,

I appreciate it was my mistake but a box popping up saying 'this is longer than your Z axis' and resetting it to a sensible value would be preferable to a Z axis crash and would not need switch checking. Just an idea.
