config zmax enpoint

I use a nanodlp 1.4 control board.I found zmax endpoint not functional,I typed M119 in ramps console.it show only zmin enabed.can anybody tell me how to enable zmax endpoint.
btw,Can I control fan separately by M106 P1 S255,or all the fans are controlled together？
