Licensing

As I understood from license agreement is that we can modify any static resource and redistribute package.

"Please, refer to the bundled license file for more details." I cannot locate it.

This means *.* except executable ?

Doing this is possible to avoid every reference to your website, are you sure about that?

Not my business, but what way you will gain money to support this project ?

Sorry for explicit question, feel free to ignore question.

Re: Licensing

Thank you. License file was missing from the windows and linux archive. (updated)

Good question. Your interpretation of license file is correct.

I believe home/hobby users should be able to use and modify nanodlp as they wish.

Regarding the companies, I am not expert but even if they choose to modify (including removing link to nanodlp) and maintain their own version which is fine.
The cost of modifying and maintaining their version will be higher than paying us for the support and it will be more reliable anyways.

Even if we have not released this software, we have developed it for our own internal use and probably spent 80% of what we have already spent on this project so no big loss on our side.

I am happy with outcome of the project. From commercial perspective it is not successful but from business and technical perspectives it is much better than we have expected.
