The first thing I do when I open NanoSupport is to import STL file, but, every time, an error box pops up saying "Import couldn't be done properly!"
Or, the error box will not show anything at all, and the entire application becomes unresponsive and crashes
I've tried uninstalling and redownloading but the problem still persists.

I don't know how to attach a file, but all my STL files are made with SolidWorks 2020 if that helps.

Maybe this helps:
Modifying the file extension from `my-model.STL` to `my-model.stl` i.e. from upper-case `STL` to lower-case `stl`
