Strange Z axis behaviour

Hi all,

I am in the process of building an MSLA printer using the official control board,
Last week I've encountered strange error where my Z axis does not move in the correct direction or distance,
it was previously moving correctly although not smoothly.

As of today I have tried,
re-wiring the stepper motor.
trying all step and micro-step variations
new SD card with NanoDLP
manually entering movement commands via G-Code instead of Z-axis control

I've taken a short video which shows the situation,
It can be viewed on Vimeo, /546432923

If anyone else has encountered a similar error how did you go about resolving it?

Kind Regards,
Mau
