Upgrade new version,machine don't connect wifi?

hi,administrator:

I Try to upgrade new version. I button new version link. The machine is auto reboot. Suddenly,Machine is not link my phone wifi network.  So,I can't control to the machine. What can I do?

I Try to reboot the machine. Raspbian system initial can line my phone wifi,but initail finish the network connect is disconnect. How can I do?
