Low Quality Layer setting Fields lost

Since you introduced the variable Layer Height the "LowQualityCureTime" and the "LowQualitySkipPerLayer" Fields are not visible on the resin settings page. But the values are still saved in the json file and used during print / print preview.

Yes, they will be phased out as adaptive slicing could have same result.

Thats ok. It would be better if they are not used during print/ print preview.
