4294: Missing machine status/heartbeat menu

I have 2 D7's, both wtih raspi3B+'s. Both are at the same release, 4294.

Where is the Application Status / Menu button go? The Eyeball looking one.

Black background machine has Nextion, White background has I2C LCD display.

White background machine has the heart icon, which i think means there is a health problem. I suspect it voltage related.

Black background machine is missing heartbeat icon/machine status menu.

If I manually edit the URL, I get the menu. I have tried to clean the cache and Cntl+F5. Still no menu. But the applicaiton status is found.

Yes, heart icon indicate problem, to go this page just use setup menu / status page.
