Bad sense plate printing

Hello
Apologies for the spelling, I'm using google trad

I finally managed to mount my resin printer by following the example of "FDM printed SLA-Printer by TOS"

The only difference is that I used a sheld v3.0, with the blower incorporated.
My LCD screen works, my stl is displayed on it when I do print tests (without resin for the moment)
My touch is working
My endstops are working

My problem comes from the nema motor. When I press "Calibrate" my plate drops on the LCD and the endstop the stopper OK
When I press "Measure" my plate goes down on the LCD and the endstop the stopper OK
Problem:
When I press the red arrow down, my plate goes up
When I press the red arrow up, my plate decend
Then when I run a test print (without resin), my plate declines instead of going up.
I tested to reverse the direction of my motor and endstop, but the calibration and measurement are going the wrong way.
I tested relative / absolute, nothing helps.
I have looked at other post on the forum and I cannot find a solution to my problem.
Do you have a solution?
