Really weird issue with shutter servo

So I burnt out a board accidentally installing the driver backwards.

I re installed to new RAMPS 1.4 and Arduino the original programming. But now can't get the servo for the shutter operational. Tried a new servo as well. Also tried from Ras Pi with it's own power source (for both). Can someone take a look at the settings and tell me what am i doing wrong?

Hooked up to ramp originally through pin jumper, this also does not work any longer for either servo

M280 P2 S65 (used a range from 1-200) no movement at 50 increments
Adjusted signal length as well - nothing

Tried direct from RasPi signal GPIO with individual power source for servo as well, nothing

Tried individual power source for servo, but that doesn't activate either...

Please help - this is tedious! I don't know what if anything I changed or need to change...
