Nano dlp seems to stop between layer 400-500

Hello my friends,

I've noticed, my DLP printer seems to hang at around layer 400-500 (One print failed at 415, other print failed at 456..

I'm using:
-NanoDLP, RPI 4, Ramps 1.4
-Benq TK800M 4k DLP projector,

It looks like raspberryPi looses HDMI signal, and it always happens during ''clear screen'' command from nanodlp. Is this interference issue?

I'm also thinking bad HDMI cable? But I've used another cable with same issue (but both cables seem to have rather bent micro HDMI connector)..

I've attached my debug info.
(https://mega.nz/file/U88CDQJD#9AIeBylAu … YhHpDZhOdk)

I've tried adjusting settings in the config.txt like:

#hdmi_clock_change_limit=40
#hdmi_force_hotplug=1
#hdmi_safe=1

The problem is still present...

Does anyone have any idea?

Thankful for replies!

I do not see indication of crash on layer 400~500 on submitted log files
But I do see lose serial connection, if you printer crashes in majority of cases it related to power supply issue. Also make sure firmware on your pi is upgraded.

Re: Nano dlp seems to stop between layer 400-500

I'm using 5V, 2A adapter...
I do not think raspberry crashes.. it is still accessable through it's IP adress, just the hdmi signal is gone. (I need to restart RPI everytime this happens), and than it works normal..

"Also make sure firmware on your pi is upgraded."

What do you mean by that? I think i have latest version of nanodlp...

Use well made power supply. Lots of strange issues caused by power supply

For the upgrade use this one.
