KLD 2150 8.9" display problems

I wanted to finally install NanoDLP on my old KLD 2150. And it works really nice except the display.

Its a 8.9" display with 2560x1600 pixel.

No matter what I try in the config.txt it just doesnt display correctly. It flickers or goes out after a second or just displays half the image.
Hardware is fine since it worked with photonic. (worked because my old SD card broke and I cant run photonic on it anymore, either)

Is any kind soul here willing to share some info or a preconfigured image?

Could not help on config.txt as I am not familiar with the machine. But make sure you have upgraded GPU firmware, it also could cause such issues.
