API add plate from external progam

Hello everyone!
I'm trying to add a new plate from an external program (c ++), by loading an STL. but I keep getting error 500 as an answer.
I can't find documentation about it, I'm trying using POST  /plate/add. can you recommend any documentation or advice? thank you all

Probably encoding is wrong. Use browser inspection to get proper details required to send request.
