In short, the machine configuration is "RPI4 4gb" and the display and a classic 2K model "sx04".
I switched to RPI4 from 3b +, and I found a defect in image display.
As in photo 1, the Nanodlp slice is perfect, but when the image is projected to the screen, here is the problem in photo 2,
and the result will be the one in photo 3.
I reassembled the 3b + and no problem, I tried to change hdmi cable, lcd, hdmi card,
flat cable; but the problem seems to be attributed to the raspberry pi4. I used the same config for both rpi3 and 4

Use framebuffer see if the issue still persists or not.
Also upgrade firmware. Maybe it is a bug on specific gpu firmware for pi4

thanks tomorrow morning check, but I think I have activated the framebuffer, the firmware is the latest available, if it doesn't go I try to reinstall everything and hopefully it will go
this is my config. (a part)
# DISPLAY SETTINGS
display_rotate=0x10000
hdmi_force_hotplug=1
hdmi_timings=1440 0 50 10 35 2560 0 4 2 2 0 0 0 50 0 198000000 0
hdmi_group=2
hdmi_mode=87
hdmi_pixel_freq_limit=500000000
hvs_priority=0x32ff
max_framebuffer_width=1440
max_framebuffer_height=2560
framebuffer_width=1440
framebuffer_height=2560
framebuffer_depth=24
framebuffer_ignore_alpha=1
config_hdmi_boost=4
gpu_mem=192
the problem is that with rpi4 you still cannot get an acceptable result with the 87 mode to insert the exact LCD specifications, you should create an EDID file for full compatibility

Same printer and same microsd, with RPI3 / RPI3B and RPI4

Looks wrong resolution or firmware issue to me. Pi developers have better idea on what change may have caused issue.
Ask on raspberry forum.

I will try to ask, thank you very much

having the same problem, did you find any remedy?

Yes, this looks to me like a scaling issue. Try checking the rpi boot parameters to see if the resolutions maybe mismatch?

Did you resolve this and what is your full Pi4/2k LCD config, please?
