Barrel distortion

Hi there,
I´m in the process of setting up my self built printer. It runs a DLP projector. When i use the calibration plates and set the barrel distortion to 0 i still have a positivie distortion. With that I mean, that if i increase the value it get´s worse. So I would have to go to a negative value. When i do that, i don´t get any output. Did anyone before me had this issue, or is there a solution to that problem?

Could you share some information such as build you are using and screenshots? usually it works fine.
