Endstop Error(machine restart itself)

Hi all,

I just complete my dlp printer. I  have a few problems, First is when machine start,  z axis moves up, initially slow than
accelerate. When it  press top endswitch. Machine restarts itself. Same thing happens when i press bottom endstop.
I use 1A 125VAC microswitch. Second is when i press swith off or switch on fan from touchscreen or  nanodlp menu it doesn't do anytthing. It continues working.
I used  nanodlp shield V2.1 board
Raspberry Pi3 Model B+
Nema 17 motor

Settup is For Movement GPIOs

Step GPIO for Z-Axis ------ Physical 16, BMC 23

Direction GPIO           ------ Physical 15, BMC 22

Endstop Switch          ------ Physical 33, BMC 13

Endstop Switch- Bottom Limit   ------ Physical 22, BMC 25

Endstop Switch - Default State ------ High

Driver Enable GPIO    ------ Physical 18, BCM 24

Enable GPIO   State  -------- Low

Enable GPIO Mode   ------- Enable on Boot

Not sure if this is the issue but the only time ive seen a machine reset due to an end stop is if the end stop is wired wrong and instead of switching the signal line to ground its switching +5VDC to ground ( which effectively is short circuiting the 5VDC supply!.

Thanks for replay bigfilsing problem solved. I just found wiring issue.
