Extremely thick Z axis layers

Hello everyone, although I have tried all the layers between 25-100 I get high thickness and detailless layers. I have tried different curing times and number of steps. Object sizes are correct. Please help.

Difficult to help without knowing what machine you have but logically the only thing that determines your layer thickness is the Z axis so that would suggest a stepper motor/ stepper driver/ configuration issue.
In Nano DLP Z axis control try to move 10mm and measure how far it actually moves ?
