Raspberry Pi - Arduino Mega 2560 with CH340G

I have bought a Chinese Arduino Mega 2560. It has cheaper CH340G. Is it possible that I can not connect my nanoDLP with Ramps 1.4? I have normal generic Marlin firmware installed.

If the serial connectivity working as expected (which is highly likely), I do not see why it should not work.

Today I have received Arduino Mega with original chip. It worked! On PC if you want to use Mega with CH340G you need to install drivers for it. I believe that it is the same case for RPi.

So if anyone have problems with Mega-RPi connection make sure that your mega doesn't use CH340G chip.
