Erode feature works great, but quits halfway through

Thanks for implementing this feature.  Finally, I am printing gears that look exactly the way intended.

There is a slight issue, and I am not sure where the problem lies.
The erode function quits halfway through the print.  I am printing custom belt pulleys, and this is the result:

It starts from the base at the left of the image, and it is clear where it quit.
I upgraded to the latest stable version and retried, but it still acts the same way.

What would cause it to stop working?

There are two erode boxes one for burnin and one normal, looks one just for burnin filled right?
Also compare layers from preview page see you see exactly where it changes

It has been set.  You can see the left of the pulley where the burn-in erosion was set a little too aggressively.

Here is a link to the resin profile I am using on NanoDLP D7 Build 2134

The included plate is for a different pulley, but with the same behaviour.

The sliced file looks correct, it is the most probably not erode function. Without erode do it behave correctly?
