Normal Layers doest stick in Burn-in

With big areas this happens, I tried slow speed but didn`t work, any suggestion?

Just a few ideas, nothing revolutionary..:)

I suggest to rough the plate surface...yours looks shiny and smooth (I used some sand paper)....upping burnin time helps too...a well burned in layer I find can handle layers about 8x its area on normal layers..so beside you have enough surface area on the burnin layer....looks ok on photo.  Also critical is that the first layer attach well if the surface is smooth or if the plate is not properly zeroed the first layer ends up too thick (too thin us usually ok for adhesion) but if first layer is too thick then it doesn't sure all the way up to the plate well and so it pulls away.   Yours seems stuck ok in the center but the perimeter is pulled so possible you calibrated your burnin time in the center and you printer has a bright spot there so it will need more time as you move off center.
