RAMPS update via NanoDLP

Please make it possible to load * .hex files into the RAMPS card via the Setup-> Tools form.
The algorithm may be as follows:
1. The user selects the HEX firmware file.
2.NanoDLP closes COM port
3. Using AVRDUDE to load
4. After downloading NanoDLP opens the COM port
