Motor Settings

Hello, can someone please tell me exactly how to calculate the motor settings on the setup page? Specifically microstep, Leadscrew Pitch, and Z-Axis Height? I think my z-axis is a little off and I want to be able to get these numbers right.

I'm using a 1.8 degree step angle stepper and my driver is set to 1/16th micro steps.
I have a T8 rod with 4 starts that goes 8mm per 1 revolution.
I'd really prefer the equations to just the answers please. Thank in advance!!
