ramps wiring emergency help

hello do i need to use heat bed mosfet to connect LED driver to ramps ?

you will see picture number 1 is the wiring i found online

picture number 2 the led driver i am using

picture number 3 how you connect heat bed to mosfet , so lets pretend its led driver so is it correct  ?   or should i directly connect the led driver to the 12 v output of ramps ?
