Hello Mr.Carletto,

the size of the part is about 4mm x 4mm with 34µ pixel size and 25µm layers, its a micromechanic part,  its like a table desk, exactly as you guessed,  as nanodlp (thank god!) works with pulses and velocity is µm/sec i had set it to 200µm/sec on slow section...

Hi i trying to use Cure Calc excel tool but every input print me errors

return :

you have used , instead of . as float point.

when i use [[AverageArea]] its not working, result prints me the same formula upside.

them i change to something else like [[TotalSolidArea]]  and result prints me the time in seconds (that works)

have you ever tried Gaussian Distribution formula? im trying to print parts which contains very small super tiny dots with large areas at a same slice... i think it will only be possible if we could separate( as discussed before)  cure defined by [[LargestArea]] or [[SmallestArea]] to achieave a double pattern exposition, to obtain a fairly great control of individual features, what do you think about it? i'm wondering to run plates in parallels....:)

The double pattern exposition discussed couple of times before both on this forum and by couple of manufacturers. Some knowledgeable guys think it is patented. From implementation perspective we already have lots of related features and adding such feature would not take much time.

I suspect using dimming same result should be achievable.
