Nanodlp don't save config

Hi everybody,

I'm building a dlp printer with raspberry pi3 B+, nanodlp shield v1.1, nextion 7", LCD 8.9 2k

I have lot of problems but the first i would resolve is Nanodlp don't save config when i click "Submit" on machine settings.
is someone can help me, what to do or verify ?
(perhaps there is already a post on this subject but i don't speak very well english and it's difficult for me to read all).

I forgot to say that i have try with two web browser (chrome and edge) but this is the same think.
where is the nanodlp config file ? can i write in manualy ?

For me that don't work, i've upgrade, nanodlp is now build 2160 but this is the  same thing

Sorry, i've upgrade one more time and now build 2163, saving config work fine.... Thanks Shahin

Does not show layers and the rest everything works
