Touch screens add plate and the screen freeze doesn't work

Hello everyone!
I installed raspbian stretch on RPI3B Using TJC4024T032-011 Touch Screen.
When U disk inserted into RPI3b  the system automount on /media/pi/xxx.
Plate can be added from USB to the main page of computer side.
But can't add plate to the touch screen.
Just press the "medium" button and the touch screen will freeze and not work.
What should I do?
Please help me.

Only tested on Nextion  and not TJC displays
