4k vs 2k 5.5 inch

Hi.
I'm about to buy the LCD panel for my diy printer, and I was wondering if it's worth going for the 4k panel available at aliexpress.
I guess it's from Sony, and is available without back light.

What are the pros and cons?

Are there any reasons, other than price, that makes the 4k LCD less popular?

Are the pixel structure on the 4k worse for 3D printing?
Does the 4k panel overall pass through less light than the 2k panels because of smaller pixels with more passive surrounding area?
Does the 4k panel pass though 405nm UV light as well as the 2k panels?
Will I be able to see a difference in the finished part?

does the RPI can send Data at 2K and 4K resolution?
