First, thank you for NanoDLP. Great Job !
I try to use it with a KLD 1260.
I have to force timings in config.txt, just like Baird Lab say : hdmi_timings=1440 0 60 10 35 2560 0 4 2 2 0 0 0 50 0 198000000 0
Change also framebuffer deph to 16 and gpu men to 256.
I have a prob with "the lastest stable version" : screen blink every 3s, and, sometime, calibration grid flash when printing.
Upgrade to beta version, and every thing is ok now with no blinking.
But now, the first layer is alway blank. Screen is only active after.

Could you give me build numbers for both stable and beta you are currently using?

I don't remenber exactly the number of the stable version i try. I take the last one, 1856 i believe.
My beta version is 1881.
After more tests, she blinking too, but very few, every 25 to 35 seconds, so only for long exposure, and not every time. My HDMI cable is new, and seem to be ok.

Blinking like stable version today... Sometimes every 3s, sometimes 12 / 13s, sometime 20 / 23s. Nothings changed : same raspberry, same cable, same printer. Try to change power unit of raspberry, no effect. Température of raspberry at 38 / 42 °C. Blink in "projector calibration image" too, except for full white screen. Don't understand why it's instable. May be display timings in config.txt ?
I confirm there is no image for the first layer.
Next test with a windows computeur to see if it's a raspberry or a printer pb.

I do not think it is something I could fix on source code. My guess is same as yours, config.txt or display device issue.
