Led Turn on/off

Hello all,

I would like to control the UV LEDs by controlling a relay with fan pin d9 of the Ramps board.
When I turn on the "fan" by command M106 nothing happens and the output voltage from d9 is 0.

Someone knows what's going on?

try M106 S255
the "s" is the signal level  255 = 100%  ....127 = 50% and so on
to switch off you can use M107 or M106 S0
