What is better Pi3 or Pi3+

Hello, I'm eyeing possibility to tinker with my old printer and to upgrade it to nanoDLP platform. But stuck on the choosing dilemma - which RPi to order? 3 or 3+
AFAIK 3+ should be a little faster, however is it 100% compatible? There is no any nuances or drawbacks?

Also, may it be that for start it will be better to try it with ordinary x86 PC and then switch to RPi platform? How much different experience will be on PC + arduino with motor drivers shield?
Thanks.

when starting a new project that needs a raspberry pi i always just buy whichever model is the newest version but in the case of the pi 3 vs pi 3+ they have very few differences but the pi 3+ does need a much higher amperage 5v psu.

Thanks. Yeah, I'm new to al lthat RPi stuff, so that I think new version is better for me, 5V supply is not a problem, what exactly Amperage you can recommend? I looked over internet for tests and looks like under load it eats no more than 1.1-1.2A. That's not too big. Any quality USB charger should provide twice as this.

My main concern is compatibility to nanoDLP,

It is fully compatible and it is faster but power supply is a big issue. Get high quality, high ampere charger.
