boot loop for ever

hello i new here

i used nanodlp since a year , i facing a problem

when i got ( new version available update now ) i press update and the log told me finished update successful when it reboot it take forever and never boot again


that happen twice first time since 8 month and the last time yesterday when i try to update from 1817 version to last stable version if remember my version number before this issue


the solution i used to do ; i format the card and reinstall form img file then i restore json file machine and profiles and yes i lost my saved sliced work


any solution for this ???? i do not want to face it again

B.S :- when i format the card it was 8 GB i found seen space 60mb so i go to administrative tools > system> storage and delete the memory card partition table and re create it again it takes time but it work

this issue happen last three days only

now after install anew img and make beta update i restore machine files setup>tools>import machine files settings > restore machine settings after select machine.json file

i got upright side of web page (rscnc build 1834 ) note that rscnc is my machine name

every thing work normal now put i need to know how to avoid it again ????

It should not happens again, maybe it was because of different config files between SD card and beta update. (SD card image used to be too old) But currently they are very similar.
