Form HTML

I created an additional page with two text areas that serve as a form to save data on a json file ... how can I do?

I can not in any way make it work …

Clearly I'm very little expert about this.

Can someone more expert help me?

Max, backend handles saving function so with additional HTML files you cannot achieve that, you need to write javascript and process data correctly and submit it to the backend.
