Z-Axis strange behaviour

Hi All
Running NanoDLP on a Wanhao D7, i am getting strange behaviour on the the Z axis
The prints seem to be completely inconsistent in Z height, the best way to describe the problem is that the height of the burn in layer is added to the part and that height chopped off the end of the part. Anyone experience this?
