Disassemble the ipad Display

Hi Guys,

i currently building my own DLP Printer and got a Question about a ipad LCD Display.
As i noticed some of you use a ipad Display like this: ipad Display Shop
I just wanna know what do i have to remove from it and how?
Do i have to take away the Glass aswell or can i use it to protect the Display? (Does it block the UV Light?)
