receive serial error-- Waiting for Z_move_comp response from RAMPS

Hi,all

    Maybe you see the title that says is the firmware problem.But is not,i test send G1 and G28 command by simplify3d,it response one by one.

   my printer board use CH341T as USB serial port，i configure Baud Rate 115200 ，Data Encoding Ascii, Port Address ttyUSB0. At first I suspected it was the kernel driver problem，then i ssh raspberry pi install minicom, it seen also response one by one.

   so i guess the problem is in nanodlp,when waiting Z_move_comp response , i use Serial Terminal send M105 to inspire communication，it comes a Z_move_comp response .  the problem seems have some receive buffer have not process，not only Z_move_comp response,some ok response,M105 response also slow to receive.

have raspberry pi serial port fflush func call?

CH341 no need crystal oscillator.  9600 Baud maybe better
