Stir - When should I use it and How?

I'm runninning NanoDLP on a Wanhao D7 1.4 DLP printer. Its working very well and I'd like to do even better.

I see the Stir button and would like to learn more about it.

I have some questions.

If I press Stir will I have to relevel my print bed.?

Should I stir before each time I print?

If so is there a way to include it into my start script?
