Slicing problem

I am trying to experiment with different layer heights for better print results.  The problem I've found is that nanoDLP ignores my burn in layer height if it is different from the normal layer height.  Lets say I have a normal layer height of 100 microns and set burn in layer height at 50 microns for 8 layers.  The first 8 layers are still sliced at 100 microns.  The printer only moves 50 microns for the first 8 layers, as it should, but there are layers missing due to the slicing problem.  This problem can be seen by checking the log after slicing.  I have a part that is 7.4mm tall.  Based on my settings, there should be 78 layers.  nanoDLP only generates 74.

Re: Slicing problem

It is by design as different burn-in height value designed to counter issues with flexibility of PDMS.
