Camera help

I added a glass window in my VAT that allows me to get photos during the build process.
Using the RasPi camera, and two red LEDs for illumination.
This is my output so far:

As you can see, I am having problems with colors.
Is it camera exposure or iso that I need to fix?
Can anybody provide the correct command I need to use to get a better result?

It looks very "alien predator" like
I believe you need filter to correct the color.
