Re: final stage

Hi Shahin,

I'm so happy to show you the first print made with my top down, it is a holder  for the servo motor, the resin is not the best and the Z resolution is  only 100 microns, but the result is  fantastic,
thanks Shahin, for your support, thank Nano dlp

Re: final stage

hello Shahin,

until now I used nanodlp with satisfaction, but today, when I finish slicing and I start printing, the system crashes,
attach the debug files, can you figure out why?

Thank you

Re: final stage

Hi Andrea,

It looks like RPi itself has been crashed. It could be power problem or something similar which has not put any trace behind.

Re: final stage

Thanks Shahin,

I solved the problem by removing all profiles plate, and recreating them again, probably by importing them from the previous version, created some conflict,

Cheers ,Andrea

Re: final stage

good result 30 microns, a few holes on the surface due to the imperfect model 3d, Rpb crashed 2 times, but I hope with the new PCB to solve...

it is a power supply, step down, adjustable volts (24 to 5) that provides 5 amperes, powers the rpb and the servo motor

Then, I used a "magic potion" a mix of advanced resins, 60 microns z, xy 67, exposure time 6 seconds

Re: final stage

Hi Andrea,

It looks like rpi crash. Is the same source power stepper driver and rpi?
We had experienced same kind of behaviour with shared power supply, rpi is very sensitive in this regard

hi Shahin,

I tried with a specific power supply for raspberry, 2A , but the problem happens the same, I came back with step-down power supply, but I used a good quality cable 10cm long, the efficiency has improved a lot, no more crash a part  one time , during the stepper movement that returned high in the post-exposure movement, I noticed on  lCD, the amperage was stuck at 700 mA, as if , this movement, absorb much current from rpb...

Re: final stage

How much voltage are you supplying to your setup? I read some where that if a supply of 5.25V is applied it will be enough to account for the voltage drop based on the high loads.

thanks very much yonray, I adjusted the voltage to 5.1 v, I do not want to overdo it and fry the RSB, it seems to run very well

Re: final stage

Never trashing old motherboards;) laminated plate copper on the RBI, noting the temperature, with the processor to 75%
