I'm trying to update nanodlp version but when i click Upgrade to latest beta version after 5 second i get the massage that Could not connect to the NanoDLP. Please check your network connection.
I can't access my PI
It should reboot but i waited 4 hrs the same.
I only access it if i plug it out then connect it again
my PI is on and when i use angry ip scanner to scan IP it's there and i can't access it
I have nanodlp shield v1.1
I accessed it using putty then reboot it but the same
I can’t update it

Do i have to reinstall it again or i can update it only?

It update only, does not touch your config files. In any case just take backup from /home/pi/printer/db and /home/pi/printer/plates
